Crime is Crime Security Services (PTY) LTD is a well established security company that focuses on specialized services tailor made to meet its customer’s needs. The company was established in 2015 after realizing the increasing need for security to safe guard goods and assets of in this growing industry & economy and to further fight increasing crime in our communities, places of employment, places of learning and the general public.
In its inception, the company initially started its operations in Gauteng where its headquarters are located. This was followed by branches in Middelburg and George due to its growth and the increasing demand for the services which is complemented by many years of experience of its founder and the staff compliment.
Crime is Crime Security Services boasts a staff compliment of 24 permanent staff with an additional 50 contracted employees who work on an AD-HOC bases depending on the scale/magnitude of work that needs to be carried out.
Contextual Backround
South Africa is confronted with various challenges of finding ways to address unemployment, poverty and inequality. One of the main aims of the National Development Plan is to create 5m new jobs by 2020, moving it up to 11m new jobs by 2030.
Globally, SMMEs play a critical role in the creation of jobs, penetrating new markets and expanding the economies of countries. It is estimated that around 70% of all new jobs globally are created by SMMEs. This means that more than 7m of the 11m new jobs envisioned by the NDP will have to be created by SMMEs over the next decade or two.
